John Gray & Co were absolutely superb! Very compassionate and understanding, made everything so simple and took a massive weight off my shoulders. Riana, Mark and the rest of the staff were very professional.

All staff we encountered were Amazing. The whole week was a blur for us and the staff clearly understood this and took control of the things we needed. Seamless from start to finish.

Every member of the team we dealt with was caring, professional, communicated clearly with us and made us feel that our mum was getting the best possible care. I would like to thank Riana and Sarah and Andrew in particular.

I arrived unannounced and without an appointment but although the parlour was short-staffed due to holidays, time was found to discuss what I wished for, quietly and efficiently and when the time came for the memorial service itself, everything had been set up perfectly.
